First, I would like to apologize for not having accurate recipes. I find it difficult to multitask measuring ingredients and cooking at the same time. I'm quite inclined to and fond of just putting into the pot whatever I grab-- you might even find shoelaces, eyeglasses and remote controls in some of my dishes. *haha* So, these recipes are quite rough for they were just memories recollected after eating.
But hey-- good news! I've been standardizing recipes recently. ^_~

Hello!
My name is Nyamnyam Nyam.
I am a vegetarian and I now live in Japan. I have always loved cooking but I am not a professional. I love photography but my dSLR camera is rusting so, in lieu, I use my iPhone for taking photos all the time. One day, I know I'll stumble upon a nice and handy camera perfect for food photography and for my budget, and you'll love my photos. ^_~
My everyday exciting challenge is to please my husband's interestingly meticulous taste buds (I hope he finds it as fun and exciting to eat my cooking as I do when I prepare these for him ^_^;). But when I'm not in the kitchen, you'll find me in the living room, trying to study Japanese (but actually Facebooking, Google-ing, sleeping or playing Raving Rabbids). Because of my wonderful study habits, my Japanese hasn't improved much, so the Japanese version of this site will be most likely a set of improperly choreographed Japanese characters. Good luck and have fun understanding!
