Thank you very much for sharing your twist to the Coco-Simmered Tofu recipe!
Served as a family Christmas lunch, this coco-simmered tofu, or better called by Ten Paramitas as tinuktok na tofu, had mustard instead of my recommended pak choi. Also, soy fish was boiled in fresh coconut milk together with the whole dish, adding flavor to its sauce.
"Mustard was better than pak choi," said Ten's guests. Too bad there's no mustard here in Japan for me to try it on my own!
